For media owners & vendorsUpdated November 2026

BillboardsIn puts your billboards and screens in front of thousands of advertisers who are ready to book, from local businesses buying their first board to multi-market campaigns. We handle the buyer: the questions, the creative, the payment. You keep doing what you do best: posting great campaigns.

At a glance

  • You set your rates. Share your rate for each location and we take it from there.
  • Priced + available = bookable. Advertisers can reserve your inventory online the moment they find it.
  • We confirm with you before anything is final. No booking is locked in until you verify availability and price.
  • Advertisers pay BillboardsIn up front by credit card or ACH. You never chase a small advertiser for payment.
  • Print-ready artwork, on time. Our design team checks every file against your specs before it reaches you.

Why pricing and availability win you more buys

Most advertisers on BillboardsIn want to compare options and book without waiting for a quote. When your inventory shows a price and open dates, it’s ready to book. When it doesn’t, it’s a question mark, and buyers move on to the board next to it.

βœ… With rates & avails

  • Bookable online, 24/7
  • Included in proposals our account managers build
  • Fewer back-and-forth emails and RFPs
  • Fewer cancellations from surprise conflicts

⚠️ Without them

  • Buyers have to request a quote and wait
  • Harder for our team to recommend in a plan
  • Stale avails lead to declined bookings
  • Easy to skip for a board that’s ready to go

What to Share

The more complete your listing, the more often it shows up in searches and proposals. A spreadsheet works. Our team can help you get it in.

Detail Why it matters
Location (address or lat/long, facing, side of road) Puts your board on the map where buyers search
Format & size (static or digital, dimensions, spot length, loop) Lets advertisers download the right artwork template
Photos (clear, current, from the road) Listings with photos get far more attention
Rate (per 4-week cycle for static, per week for digital) Makes the location bookable online
Availability (open dates or next-available date) Prevents bookings you’d have to decline
Production & extras (vinyl, install, illumination) Advertisers see all-inclusive pricing, with no surprises later
Audience data (Geopath ID, impressions) Helps buyers justify the spend
Restrictions (categories you can’t run, approval lead times) We only send you buyers you can accept

Rates & Availability

Applies to: All vendors

  • You set your rate. Share your rate for each location and cycle. Note any discounts for 12+ week campaigns.
  • Update availability regularly. Even a quick weekly refresh keeps your boards bookable and prevents declined reservations.
  • Booked long-term? Share the next-available date. Advertisers often plan months out and can reserve future dates.
  • Rates changed? Let us know. Updated pricing keeps quotes accurate and avoids re-confirming with the advertiser.
  • Automate it with our Availability API. If your technology supports it, our Availability API connects your system directly to ours. It removes all manual steps, so your rates and availability stay current automatically.
Reservations protect you. When an advertiser reserves, we verify every detail with you before the booking is final. If something changed, we offer the advertiser alternatives. You’re never locked into a price or date you can’t honor.

How Bookings Reach You

Applies to: All vendors

  • Advertisers book on their own through BillboardsIn, and our team steps in to help them whenever they need it.
  • Before a purchase, you’ll hear from our support team to confirm availability and pricing. After a purchase, our production team will reach out about artwork, posting and proof.
  • Either way, the advertiser pays BillboardsIn in full at reservation, so the bookings you receive are paid, committed buys.
  • Multi-cycle campaigns: you’ll be paid after each cycle.
  • We send you the booking details to confirm availability and price. A quick reply keeps the campaign on schedule.
  • Your BillboardsIn contact handles all advertiser communication: questions, changes, creative and approvals.

Digital 1 week before start 1 week
  • Our design team reviews every file against your specs before sending it, so you get print-ready, correctly sized artwork.
  • Rush starts (under 10 business days) are flagged so you know a campaign is expedited.
  • Post during the start week, per industry standard.
  • Send an installation photo (static) or proof-of-play / performance report (digital) once live. We share it with the advertiser, and great proof leads to renewals.
